About Me

“You’re allowed to choose yourself.”

After years spent shaping my life around what others expected of me, I started looking for a way back to myself. Ayurveda was that way back — not a new discipline to adopt, but something that felt like remembering. I grew up Hindu, and there’s a thread of this in my family too: my grandmother followed Ayurvedic principles in her own life, long before I understood what that meant.

True transformation, I’ve learned, doesn’t come from constantly doing more. It begins when we learn to pause. To listen. To observe. Ayurveda gave me a language for what I was experiencing — and a different way of looking at wellbeing. Not as something to achieve, but as a relationship with ourselves.

I trained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and I’m currently continuing my training at the Ayurveda Institute UK, having completed my first year. I bring psychology, nutrition and Ayurvedic principles together — not to diagnose, but to actually see what’s happening for someone, beneath what’s being said.

To see yourself is to witness yourself — and in witnessing, to heal.
